Staff
The Land Conservancy of New Jersey has experienced tremendous growth
during our 27-year history as we have evolved from an all
volunteer organization to a regional leader in open space
preservation. In 1994, the Conservancy could no longer
function on volunteers alone and hired its first permanent
staff. David Epstein became The Land Conservancy's
first full time Executive Director. The Conservancy staff
has grown from a single employee in 1994 to fifteen today
– which include project managers and planning, mapping and
land preservation specialists.
